Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QuiltLoop. By creating an account or using QuiltLoop, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs through your account. You may not use QuiltLoop for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

Community content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content to QuiltLoop, you give QuiltLoop a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the service and make it available according to the features and sharing settings you use.

You must have the right to upload or share the content you post. Do not post content that infringes intellectual-property rights, violates privacy, contains unlawful material, or is intended to harass or harm others.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is a recurring subscription billed at the price shown at checkout. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically according to the billing interval displayed at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using QuiltLoop's subscription-management option. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access to Premium continues until then. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using QuiltLoop at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful use, security risks, or conduct that harms QuiltLoop or its users.

Disclaimers

QuiltLoop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that user-submitted content, links, patterns, recommendations, or information will always be accurate or available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuiltLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
